Tip #1 -PLAN AHEAD BY THINKING ABOUT
the time for practice and delivery,
the duration of the presentation,
the number of participants,
the duration of the presentation,
the number of participants,
the objectives,
the topics,
the time required per subject,
the materials needed, and
where to rent the seminar space.
Tip #2 - GET PREPARED
Answer questions such as "Who are my audiences?" “What interests them?
Know your audience and how to communicate effectively with them.
Use visual aids, catchy remarks and group activities.
Find an approach that will help them remember discussion topics
Tip #3 - THINK ABOUT PERFORMANCE
Establish and maintain a connection with the audience, as well as responding to situations and ideas.
Everything you have practiced will come to fruition, including eye contact, face and body projection, etc.
Tip #4 - USE THE POWER OF YOUR VOICE
Loudness refers to the volume of your voice. You don't have to shout to be heard.
The pause allows your listeners to understand and absorb your message.
Mispronounced words could mean a completely different word.
