Hello everybody,
I wanted to share with you a wonderful initiative that can be spreading kindness and joy throughout our community. It's called ''the BINGO of Acts of Kindness'', and it's all about making small gestures of kindness that can have a big impact on those around us.
It is a very simple initiative that is based on people's willing to do good around them without waiting for a particular return. It's about doing acts of kindness like the ones listed in the below image.
How it works:
You need to complete a line vertically, horizontally, or diagonally (the choice is yours).
Once you have completed your line, come back to my Facebook group and write a post saying BINGO and listing the acts of kindness you have performed.
VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
No one is going to check whether you actually did them or not.
The goal of the game is to prove that we are capable of creating happiness on our own and that we are capable of reducing our stress on our own, if we want to.
Let me explain! When you do an act of kindness, your brain releases hormones such as endorphins, dopamine, and serotonin (the hormones of HAPPINESS and GOOD MOOD), which makes you feel good. As a result, cortisol (the STRESS hormone) remains secreted by the brain as per normal. So you feel less stressed.
It's a game that may sound silly, but you'll learn a lot about yourself by doing it! I promise!
